Nostalgia: Las Vegas

I am currently having a nostalgic moment of an experience that I can’t wait to experience once again…… LAS VEGAS, NEVADA!

Last summer, me and a group of friends departed South Florida on a flight to Vegas. The flight was very long, considering the fact that we had a layover in between. I didn’t know what to expect, but I knew that I was going to have a good time.

When we arrived to Vegas it was after 9 P.M. Coming from South Florida, it felt later than that due to the 3 hour time difference (It was after 12 A.M. in South Florida).  I remember feeling the dry heat pressing against my face while waiting for an UBER outside. Back home, the night time is very breezy, not dry as the heat in Vegas.

We got in our UBER and headed to our hotel. All of us were irritated and cranky since we’ve been flying all day and in our minds it was past midnight. We argued left and right. LOL! But we always come back as if nothing happened. We then went to eat and then to bed. The next day a few more of my friends arrived and this is when the party started.

These are some of my memorable moments from my trip.

This was from a pool party I went to. It was actually the first pool party outside of family that I’ve ever been to. It was fun. DJ playing music, people drinking in the pool, people chilling on recliners. Then there was me who had to snap a pic before I got in the pool.

One of my friends kept insisting that we go to the wax museum and I had no idea what it was, but when I agreed to go, I was intrigued. The wax museum is full of celebrity mannequins. Some of the celebrities in the Wax Museum are Will Smith, Dwayne Johnson, Nicki Minaj, Beyonce, Rihanna, Jerry Springer, Snoop Dogg, 2-pac, Bruno Mars, the list goes on. This is me and the infamous wrecking ball.

The Ferris wheel was another great experience. I like seeing “big city, bright lights”. On this Ferris wheel, you can see all the nice city scenery that Las Vegas has to offer. I was in awe during this moment.

This would usually be an image I’d search up on google just to experience seeing nice city buildings, however I was able to experience this in real life. I captured this image while on the Ferris wheel.

Welcome To Vegas

This really should’ve been my first picture lol, however this was actually the last thing we did before we departed. The line was very long and it was over 100 degrees, but in the end, I have a pictorial memory of an amazing trip.
