You’ve probably heard of the phrase, “Your body is a temple”, which is more than just another cliché. Your body is something that you only have one of. It can never be duplicated or replaced once it is fully damaged. It’s time to start taking better care of your body.
In this episode, I reflect on some of my past decisions I made when it came to nourishing my body. I’d skip meals throughout the day, which in turn left me feeling lethargic and unenergized. Now that I am older, I have been making a greater effort in nourishing my body with the right kinds of foods to keep me feeling and looking my best.
